We loved our stay! Even before we arrived the guest relation team got in contact with us and organized an airport transfer, gave us tips for excusions & wellness. The appartement itself is very spacious, clean and modern. The kitchen has everything you need (a new pan would be good though). You can reach the beach, restaurants and supermarket within a few walking minutes. We would definitly come back :)

Great location with pool and easy access to beach and local shops / restaurants / dive shop. Spacious property with comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. However, the check-in process needs improvement as we were told that someone would meet us, but unfortunately did not and we were only able to gain access thanks to another guest who had had similar issue the day before. In total it took us nearly 2 hours to get into the apartment. Also had issues with the kettle near the start of our stay, which we reported, but it was not replaced by the time we'd left 10 days later. Cleaners came on a daily basis but overall some parts of the property would benefit from a deep clean / maintenance.

Definitely not luxury. Our apartment was pretty run down and needs some TLC. Bathroom door is only working with force, washing machine didn’t work and even us trying to contact the concierge and letting them know? Problem wasn’t event tried to be fixed. AC barely worked, paint on multiple surfaces seems to falling off and Almost no hot water, one small shower gel for 2 nights and 3 people! Views are incredible, pool area was nice, water in the fridge was a nice touch. No one contacted us, no staff on premises. Not worth the money we paid for sure

We loved the property and the location. It was close to shops and restaurants, but in a nice quiet area, on the beachfront. The staff were friendly and helpful, even outside of working hours.

Penthouse with large terass

Wonderful penthouse appartment (no. A9). Clean and modern inside and a large rooftop terass (parts in the sun and parts in shadow). The latter meaning we didn't have to go to the pool or beach (unless we wanted to), but could just relax and socialize on our terass.

Perfect, comfortable for discovering mauritsius

Very nice, clean and well planned flats with great patio overlooking the sea. Nice people taking care of the place, but it would be great if someone was present at the place at least daytime.Good restaurant, dive shop, and food store nearby. Walking distance to boats going to the reef for snorkeling and a bit further to Trou aux Biches with more activities.

A fantastic apartment (8b) with two spacious bedrooms and a fantastic sea view from kitchen/living room. Nice pool area with sun beds. 20 min walk to Trou aux Biches Beach (just outside Les Estivales no beach for bath). Travelled with family (children 10 and 12 years old)

Amazing place for exploration of Mauritius

Amazing place with 1km to the beach with all boats to diving and snorkeling etc. Nearby restaurant is quite good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen place are really nice and the huge patio has different groups for several people and a view over the ocean. The check-in was smooth although I was coming early. It is hard to think of anything missing at all. The only thing I miss a small bit is a concierge on place.

Simple place close to Beach/Sea

Review is written keeping the price we paid and its star mentioned. Good things about property. 1. Close to sea and access to a private beach. 2. Small pool. 3. Place was clean. 4. Staff was very friendly. Subash was always available and helping us. 5. Bus stop was very close. (We used a car though, no idea of routes) 6. Super market is 3 kilometer. Improvements. 1. In booking, we saw a big balcony and Apartment alloted to us had very small balcony. 2. No AC in the Living room and it faces Sun. 3. Fan was not working either in the living room. 4. Furniture is old and needs replacement/fixing. 5. Sofa was very dirty and has lot of water stains on sofa. I would still not mind staying at this place but if I have to pay premium price then I expect a premium quality too.

Swimming pool is small.Check out time is 10:00 am.

Air conditioning only in bedroom but the wifi only in living room. When we check in the bathroom trash can was almost full and urine stains all over the toilet. Have small shower gel and soap.No shampoo ,no dishwasher detergent,no laundry detergent.Also no salt and pepper….no any cooking oil and seasoning. The room have two beach towels and two big towels but only have a small towel. I asked the cleaning lady she said can bring to me next day but not happen. The sheets and towels every four days can change.And I want a small towel also waited four days later. Balcony had gas grill is very clean.but After sunset the balcony have many mosquitos. The check in guy give us his name and phone number can use for the what’s app but that is not work. Check out day the cleaning lady knock the door on 9:30! Not many restaurant around there.On Monday mostly restaurants not open. The swimming pool is small and hope no people bring baby or children to stay otherwise might every afternoon swimming pool become playground.

Nous avons séjournés une dixaine de nuits au penthouse et avons grandement apprécié l'hébergement. La terrasse est vaste et vous pourrez adminer de très beaux couchers de soleil sur la mer. C’est notre deuxième séjour aux Estivales. Nous sommes sommes venus il y’a 4 ans et nous apprécions toujours autant. L’appartement est vaste, lumineux, bien situé et bien équipé. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, aussi bien les femmes de ménage, notamment Manisha et Vimla, que le jardinier. Le seul petit point « négatif » est la propreté du canapé du salon qui mériterait un nettoyage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir aux Estivales lors de notre prochain séjour à Maurice.

Logement spacieux,aménagé avec goût et très bien équipé. Quelques petits trucs à revoir (terrasse en bois abîmée qui peut blesser, liseuse qui se déboite du mur, moisissure autour de la fenêtre de la salle de bain, literie vraiment très dure), mais sinon c'est plutôt une très belle découverte. Nous recommanderons l'établissement.

LOVed it.

An amazing stay in front of a rather secluded beach. You have a beautiful view of the ocean, the staff aids you in every possible way. The room is spacious as well as wonderful. The market and restaurants are just a few minutes away. The beach is not for swimming though.
