"Layout is confusing and not great if you have mobility issues. The staff was not super helpful at the front desk, we were told the wrong time for breakfast ending. Do not clog the toilet, or you'll have a maintenance guy haphazardly working on it. He set the dirty plunger on the floor in the bathroom floor and when done just carried it dripping across the room floor. I would expect at least a bag to put it in or something. Bed was fine but very high, so again if you have some mobility issues it can be a problem."
