Great location near the lakeside and easy walking distance from the shopping and restaurants. Had a lovely big room on top floor with double balconies. Great view. Clean and secure. Great night's sleep. Breakfast buffet ok. Hotel organised taxis and trips. Good advice on where to go. Just check on when you can pay by card as only took cash on last day.

After travelling for three months we checked into this hotel for a week and are so glad we did. Ashmita on reception offered a warm, friendly and efficient check-in experience and from there on we were impressed with pretty much everything about the place. Our room was fresh, modern and very clean. It had a balcony with some good views of the mountains. The TV has a good selection of English channels. The shower is powerful and there was always hot water. At breakfast the people serving were really lovely and very attentive. Being vegan we didn’t sample much of the buffet, but the service and ambience meant that we had a nice relaxing start to the day each morning. I cannot recommend this place enough - attractive hotel, wonderful staff, and great clean rooms.

Location was perfect- walking distance to everything! Service was terrific- staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend a lake view room with a balcony! We not only could see the lake but had a beautiful view of the peaks.

We were upgraded to a corner room 504 and this had a balcony with great views of the lake and mountains. It was a two minute walk into the main shopping area so great for restaurants and getting ready for trekking I’d highly recommend

Lovely stay in lovely Pokhara
We had the top floor with uninterrupted view. Room was spacious, love the big windows/sliding doors making the room bright and airy. Enjoyed hanging out at the balcony (there were 2 for our room type). The staff were also very sweet to help me organised a complimentary birthday treat for my partner. Good breakfast spread.

This hotel was amazing from the check in to the end. The staff is amazing and friendly. The room is extremely clean and views are breathtaking. The area is absolutely wonderful. Lakeside has so many great restaurants and shops. The lake is so close. This was an amazing stay.

Nice place and a nice hotel
My stay was really amazing. It was hospitality with a personal touch. Perfect location to be in Pokhara. Walking distance to the Pokhara market and Lakeside. Staff was humble enough to guide me through to best utilisation of my time for a brief stay of just 2 days. Nice spread of buffet at the breakfast. Though we couldn't get enough spare time to experience the lunch and dinners. Overall more than worth the money spent.

Amira at the front desk was a great help in providing us with bus tickets to Lumbini and many valuable information about the town and what to explore. She made our stay special and had always some kind words. The hotel room was beautiful and bright and very close to the main street. 3 min. walking. the breakfast was delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel white pearl and we extended our stay from 2 nights to 6 nights! The bellboys, front desk and waiters are very friendly and always smile at you! Good breakfast with wide variety of food. The room facing both mountain and lakeside as this hotel is the tallest compared with other buildings or hotels. You can ask for 6th or 7th floor for nicer view. The dinner is yummy too as they served the best dal baht in town! It’s the best I had in our trip! We would stay here again and highly recommended!! Thanks to all the staffs for all the help during our stay!

Well Trained Staffs in Wonderful Hotel. This was 2nd time stay in the same hotel. PReviously i had stayed other hotels nearby for office and personal works but this is the best one so far. The location is very good as its not in main street but 2 min walk which make its perfect as its peaceful where as if you want 1-2 min you reach main area. This is also next to the boat area and lots of clubs and resturants just in 2 min walk. This is perfect !

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just around the back of the main streets so away from noise but really convenient. Friendly staff and good, clean, comfortable rooms. My room also had 2 balconies with a table and 2 chairs. The only small negatives I had were that the wifi code I was given only worked on my floor, not in the lobby or at breakfast, also when I arrived at in my room, there were no leaflets or information on the local area or activities. There is however a desk downstairs for that, but some in the room to look over on arrival would be nice. Also there was no hotel information in the room either, breakfast times, hotel amenities etc. The bathroom was nice and clean, good shower. There was no shower cubicle in my room, the shower was open like a wet room, so I’d advise moving the toilet roll out of the way before showering! The morning coffee/tea station in the room has no milk, so ask for the powdered packets the night before. This seems to be fairly standard for the rooms where I’d stayed in Nepal. I would stay again.

day 1, toilet broken (no water to cistern). staff member in bathroom door locked for 30 mins then declared all fixed. day 2, toilet broken. waited 90 mins for response then to reception to be told 'they are coming now'. 5 minutes later told 'all fixed' which I dispute. asst mgr then comes to the room, inspects toilet and declares it broken. He then shuts door and is in there for 30 minutes before emerging dripping water from his arms. picks up phone next to my bed and talks to someone while wiping water off his arm onto floor and bedside table. another staff member arrives with tools. both go into bathroom and close door. 40mins later they emerge declaring it to be fixed. bathroom floor is covered in black slime and lumps of black 'stuff'. they get 2 cleaning ladies who are cleaning the next room to come in. they have one cleaning bucket between them they remove rags from the bucket and wipe over all surfaces in bedroom including phone. they then go into bathroom and put those rags in bucket and take a toilet brush out of bucket and clean inside the toilet. they then put brush in bucket and take out rags and wipe over all surfaces in bathroom including toilet bowl under seat, top of seat and cistern, bathroom sink and then proceed to polish the drinking glasses with the same rag. "so that is why I have diarrhoea". all other hotels booked out for Nepalese new year. all hotel staff banned from room and I buy Mr Muscle and clean myself.

New hotel with excellent location and hotel staff
The amazing thing about this hotel is how it pampers you like a 5 star hotel and at the same time makes you feel at home. I was spoiled by the staff from the moment I checked into the hotel to the time of check out. As this is a relatively new hotel, the room was still in very good condition and I particularly enjoyed the shower. It has the luxurious feel to it. Location is no doubt fantastic. Only a stone's throw away from lakeside and loads of shops and restaurants within 5 mins walking distance. Great view at the terrace if you want to catch sunrise and sunset. Chance to see the Annapurna range from the terrace. Special thanks to Binod the assistant manager for his kind gesture in helping me bandage my scratch from a minor bike accident. He makes guests feel important and appreciated at all times.

Great location by the lakeside. Wonderful views from the balcony. Clean, comfortable rooms & courteous staff. Easy access to restaurants, bars, tour companies. Only suggestion would be to check on the hot water situation: one of the rooms there was no issue at all, at the second - we were asked to allow it to run for a few minutes, but no luck.

We had a great experience at White Pearl. The staff was extremely friendly! As well as being very professional. Breakfast comes with the room and it was well worth going to breakfast. There was a large variety to choose from and everything was excellent. The hotel location is just up the street from all of the Lakeside shopping and restaurants. When we arrived they room wasn’t quite ready so they went out of their way to accommodate me. While I was waiting they brought hot tea. I also needed a bit of travel help and they went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend the white pearl. We had a corner room with two balconies it was nice to be able to open both doors and get a breeze coming through the room. Plenty of hot water for long hot showers which is a big plus Nepal.

Nice hotel close to the lake
Stayed here while I went on some day hikes. First day I hiked to the Peace Pagoda to get some good views of lake and town. On second day took cab to Kande, hiked to village of Dhampus, and then hired a jeep to take me back to Pokhara. Last day took a cab to Lake Begnas, again for boating and hiking. This is a really beautiful area with stunning views of the Annapurna range. At night it's fun to go walking along the main drag in Pokhara, peeking at the shops, having dinner at one of the many good restaurants, or sipping a cup of coffee and looking at all the people.

The hotel is within walking distance to the beautiful Pewa Lake and the town where all the restaurants and shops are. To get a good view of the lake and mountains, stay at west facing and at the top floor, level 7. Staff are very helpful and friendly too.

Nice, new hotel in the heart of Pokhara, Lakeside.
Everything was just as we liked it. We had a corner room on the 4th floor with two balconies and great views of Annapurna, Phewa Tal and the World Peace Pagoda. Staff were friendly and helpful in organizing our outings and airport transfers.

Four beautiful nights and mornings ...
our drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara took extremely long due to flood and traffic jam. We called the hotel from the road explaining the situation and upon our arrival we were placed in a room that only in the morning found out about the spectaculre view to the mountain and the lake...enjoying the view right from sitting on the bed. Beautiful and so memorable a surprise. Thx The white Pearl Hotel staff.

Perfect stop in Pokhara
Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! The rooms were so spacious and comfortable. I had a corner room with two balconies with great views of the lake and town. (Request a corner room if possible) It was the perfect stop after EBC! There is also a rooftop balcony with great views. It was off the main street so it made it a little quieter, but it was only a three minute walk to the area with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was fantastic. Super friendly and accommodating! Helped arranged taxis and buses for me. Breakfast was great and filling. My only minor complaint would be the take away breakfast in the morning. Plain white bread, juice, and some fruit. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel's location is extremely convenient since it is close to the local downtown area. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I was not happy with was that even though I booked the rooms in advance, they did not provide all rooms on the same floor. Overall, service was great. The food in the restaurant was really good too. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. There is a fairly nice view of the Phewa lake and mountains from certain rooms and the terrace! Wifi is a little patchy but its good for emergencies. After all, you don't need wifi as much when on vacation.

Amazing hotel
I stayed at the White Pearl hotel for 2 nights at the end of March after trekking for 2 weeks. The hotel is brand new and the rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly and always availble to help. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the lake and centre of town. Wifi is available in the room. Food at the restaurant is excellent and they provide a quick service. Overall an excellent place to stay in Pokhara.

There are myriad of hotel choices in Pokhara, but I can't imagine why anyone would want to stay anywhere else! We were certainly given the best room in the hotel (706) which had two wonderful balconies and an outstanding view of the lake and mountains. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The room included free airport drop off (don't know about pick-up) and large breakfast buffet. The room was super clean and bright. The location is about two blocks off the main street so it was peaceful yet had quick access to all the shops and restaurants. It's also centrally located off the strip. They have a ground floor outdoor garden area and also a rooftop area for sitting and relaxing. Plenty of hot water and excellent WiFi. Need I say more?

Perfect Birthday Stay
Stayed at the white pearl for 5 nights while visiting Pokhara. We arrived after a long 10 hour bus ride from Kathmandu due to the Shiva Festival, the hotel was just a few minutes (300 rupee / £2.50) taxi ride from the tourist bus station. The manager was in the car park to personally greet me by name, a lovely touch. We were shown to our room on the 5th floor (there is an elevator) which had 2 balconies overlooking the lake. The room had an ensuite bathroom with a powerful rainfall shower and toiletries were supplied. (The only suggestion I would make for the room would be a safe to leave valuables and paperwork in.) Breakfast consisted of toast, eggs, fruit juices and a selection of curries... The curry was amazing! Staff were courteous, efficient and polite. English was spoken perfectly throughout. On the morning of my birthday, all staff remembered and wished me a happy birthday and in the evening even arranged a cake with my name on it! The hotel location is just a short walk from the lakeside and the area felt very safe. Staff kindly arranged our bus tickets and taxi for our onward journey and I felt genuinely sad to move on as they tied a good luck scarf round my neck as I got in the taxi. I definately recommend this hotel, staff were just so lovely and the location was perfect; I hope to revisit one day.

New Clean Hotel with Very Friendly & Trained Staff
The hotel was one of the very new hotel in Pokhara. Recently opened in NOV/DEC 2016, it was very clean . The staffs were well trained. . T As its in the lake side but not on the main way so the hotel is very peaceful . This also make advantage as you can reach lake side by walk of 2 minutes . The rooms are well Clean and in room food services are available till 10 pm at night which you can hardly find anywhere. Even the breakfast is free and nice. Dont go with cheap hotel so better select this if you are going with your friends and family for next time. 5/5
