"The room was perfect I stayed for 2 nights as I attended a wedding at Redleaf. Very happy that I added breakfast to my package. I would recommend that they add bottle of water daily in the fridge for their guests."

"Very clean and well maintained"

"Room was very large and clean with a small terrace and packing outsude the room. The bed was large and confortable. The pool area was nice with some loungers around the pool as well as tables and chairs in the shade. The location was great to walk to a few different vibeyards and there was a small set of shops and coffee places. The gym was a bit disappointing wirh only fans and no a/c so it was a bit uncomfortable for excercising. I would recommend this hotel for a great location if you want to see the Hunter Valley and not drive everwhere"

"The Convent is a lovely place to stay in Pokolbin, with delightfully pleasant and helpful staff. The ambience is quite in keeping with the style of the building as is the decor and the artwork. Our room had a queen size bed and private bathroom and it opened on to a large veranda with nice comfortable cane furniture. The bed was however not the most comfortable one we have slept on with the mattress being quite hard. The shower was over a high bathtub which was awkward to negotiate. Thankfully there was a grab rail. For a property being marketed as a Luxury Hotel the bed linen and towels were not up to standard. Our vanity didn’t have hot running water, which made shaving uncomfortable. Apart from those comments we enjoyed our stay thank w"

"Our 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful. It was well laid out, with plenty of room. The kids loved the huge baths as well as the swimming pool. Having a pub across the road for dinner and a coffee in the morning was very convenient as well."
