"Staff was great and love the fact that it’s pet friendly. Not easy to find in NZ. Unsure why there was a $20 surcharge for having a pet at the check in that wasn’t mentioned in Expedia when booking though. Might need to look at that. "

"Very good place to stay in Taupo. Clean, tidy, everything worked. It was well above our expectations for the cost. Very close to the centre and just across the road from the lake. I will definitely stay there again when next in Taupo."
