"Nice and clean, which I very much appreciated. We needed a ground floor room and they made sure of that for us. Very basic- kind of “bare bones” accommodations, but you get what you pay for and it was very clean and pretty quiet, and worked for what we needed."

"The kitchen area was a little dirty and it could really use a remodel, but it was comfortable and quiet and definitely cheaper than other accommodations in the area."

"The hotel was conveniently located just off I-69 at Third Street. There was ample parking. Everything looked clean and new. Our room had two big-screen TVs—never seen that before. The beds were comfortable. The ceiling was high, contributing to an airy, open feel. The hotel had a fitness center and an indoor pool. The free breakfast had a good variety of food—eggs, hash browns, make-your-own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit juice, bread, English muffins, fresh fruit, and coffee/tea. There were lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and other retail stores within walking distance or a 2-3 minute drive. My only issue was with the hotel's free WiFi, which only intermittently allowed me to access the Internet. If this had worked better, the stay would've been perfect. We'd happily stay here again the next time we're in Bloomington."

"My husband and I had been staying here, while our new place was finishing up. The price was right, but I must say the customer service is non existent. The laundry facilities are in non working order taking my money and when brought to staffs attention it was ignored. Going on our second week , we were short on funds and had to wait until 2am for money to arrive. I booked a room immediately and told the same staff member that if we could check in now, we would be out at check out time11am. She would not allow us to check it to a. Paid room!! The owners are never available and the kids will beg you for a cig as soon as you step on the property. Not super clean,not super dirty.After spending the kind of money it cost to stay here, I really expected a better experience, and there is absolutely no breakfast at all. "

"The sink and tub drain didn’t drain whatsoever. Literally couldn’t brush my teeth in the morning after I brushed them the night before. Was charged $44 for a service dog. Front was aware of dog at time of check in. A worker seen the dog next morning then the very next day they charged me the $44. Was refunded after documentation was verified. Things like that should be properly verified at time of check in. Shouldn’t have to worry about a business to being able to have access to charge card after check out."
