"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Minimal furnishing, but it makes the room larger and easier to get around. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. There were lots of breakfast items to choose from."

"Unfortunately, even though the gentleman at the front desk was polite, the check-in experience was terrible. The system was not working and he had to get the manager. They finally got me checked in and asked me to sign a receipt, for $80 even though I showed that I had pre-paid for the stay online and was able to use a credit and only paid sixty-something. They said that the receipt was for Hotels.com and not another charge. As it was late and I was tired, I signed. Shortly after getting to my room, I went to the bath room and found three live cockroaches walking around the bathroom sink and shower. I immediately killed them, then proceeded to pack my bags and check-out. I'm not pretentious at all and understand that motels are usually cheaper for a reason. But, I draw the line at having live roaches in the room. "
