"Hotel Capitol – Simply Good I booked a small room at Hotel Capitol for a work trip, and my stay was truly excellent. The room was quiet and peaceful, with a window that let in fresh air—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The Wi-Fi was outstanding, thanks to their Wi-Fi 6 setup. I had no issues with connectivity, whether I was working or streaming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special shout-out to the gentleman working in the breakfast area—he went above and beyond to assist guests and made mornings feel welcoming. I’d also like to commend the room service team. I had a minor issue with the trouser press, and when I called reception, someone came promptly and resolved it with great professionalism. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel’s location was ideal—just a short walk from my workplace. My room was cleaned daily, and everything was kept in perfect order. Based on my experience, I’m happy to give Hotel Capitol a 5-star rating. I genuinely can’t think of a single downside."

"The room was very comfortable. You had the option of buying the breakfast was very good, lots of choice for everyone! There were a few restaurants for breakfast and lunch but if you wanted supper at the ones close you either needed a reservation or go early. It was a very nice area, walkable to all the sites. "

"I did not get the premium room with two twin beds, that i originally booked. We got another room instead. Orherwise, i would still book there again:100 feet from bolivar metro, safe area, great staff at front desk, good breakfast."
