"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Excellent customer service. The manager was extremely helpful. We arrived early and we were allowed to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again."

"Amazing place , the garden area is beautiful. Is peaceful and quite. Beautiful SPA recently open , is like paradise ! The pool area is great with beautiful view and amazing sunset 🌅. Personnel very kind and helpful , they even allowed me to do a late checkout at no cost . Breakfast , lunch and dinner are top !! Delicious local food and some international food also . The only negative for me was the bed 🛌, too hard and difficult to sleep. Overall Highly recommend . "

"Sehr nette, hilfsbereite, zuvorkommende und unkomplizierte Betreuung. Vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Wohnung war im Bereich auf der anderen Strassenseite. Sehr ruhig und wunderschöne Terrasse. Einzig war auf dieser Seite der Anlage die WLAN-Verbindung nicht sehr gut. Am Poolbereich war diese jedoch einwandfrei. "We had only one night to stay in this hotel that seemed to be a five star in old days on our way back to Rome. Our room was very clean and spacious with a very nice view of the sea. I also enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool. The staff were also very nice and helpful. the breakfast was very limited and I think it was because not many people were staying at our time. By the way there was a pizzeria restaurant close by called Bambu. Their food was excellent "

"Exceptional resort great facilities all over it wonderful beaches access & use of beach areas exclusively for hotel guests, amazing breakfast options, fabulous diner although limited options great gym facilities incredible spa facilities clean huge & incredibly relaxing. A little distant from Tropea town but no problems with transport to & from, about 15 mins by car a huge 5 stars from me fir this wonderful resort!"

"The hotel was very pretty. The rooms could have use a paint job but we had a great balcony and bathroom was big. We did go off season so there wasn’t a lot of people. I was disappointed that the fountain outside wasn’t on & the ones inside. The staff was mediocre at best. When we checked out there was no one at the front desk and we just left our keys. So our experience wasn’t the best. "

"Got back from the Bagnara two days ago and had the most wonderful stay at Victoria Grand Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help and make my stay enjoyable. The hotels restaurant serves one of the best pasta dishes. A big shout out to Mirium and Perier who most helpful. The general manager Frank was amazing. He went out of his way to take us round the island and show us all the lovely spots. Had the most awesome stay and would recommend. Thank you to Frank, Mirium, Perier and all the staff working at the hotel. "

"The outside of the property is a bit deceiving, it looks a little plain, but the inside is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location for anyone travelling in the area."
