Ottimo albergo è stata una bella sorpresa. La posizione è molto comoda è all 'uscita dell ' autostrada. Il personale è stato molto cortese e gentile ci hanno anche la colazione a sacco perché siamo ripartiti molto presto che aggiungere sicuramente ritorneremo.

Peccato......!!

Prima di tutto, arrivati ad hotel Insteia siamo indirizzati verso hotel Hermitage senza avere una spiegazione. Arrivati lì, dopo il check in, abbiamo aspettato quasi 2 ore per avere la camera pronta (check in fato alle 15:40!!!!) La camera, con mobili, diciamo, dattati, era abbastanza pulita, però, l'aria condizionata non poteva essere regolata a dovere, (andava a tutta potenza) dunque tutta la notte ho dovuto spegnere e accendere perché, o faceva freddo, o faceva troppo caldo. Insomma, direi che abbiamo passato una poco piacevole esperienza. Devo dire una cosa ;due anni fa, abbiamo prenotato ad Insteia, dove siamo stati alloggiati, e devo dire che siamo stati molto bene. Peccato che non possiamo dire lo stesso anche questa volta.

Hotel carino, nuovo e pulito

Consiglierei l'hotel ad un amico perché è una struttura nuova, pulita è confortevole per le 3*** con le quali si propone, senza sottovalutare del prezzo conveniente che propongono. Nota di demerito purtroppo per ciò che riguarda la reception, che all'1 di notte era spenta e priva di un receptionist. Credo la struttura si fosse persa la prenotazione, tuttavia mi sento di consigliarla lo stesso perché la gestione è cordiale ed hanno saputo riparare con garbo e senza sottolineare l'errore. Io sono del settore e davanti a certe cose, se sapute gestire chiudo l'occhio ma nonostante ciò consiglierei di fare più attenzione a questi aspetti in quanto strutturali. In sostanza sarebbe un peccato rovinare o farsi rovinare la reputazione per errori banali, pur avendo una struttura valida e competitiva.

Sono arrivato alle 10:00 di sera da milano e mi è stato detto che erano spiacenti ma avevano occupato la stanza perchè avevano un ritiro di calcio e mi hanno indirizzato a una struttura fatiscente che ci ha ospitato, senza aria condizionata, e senza lampadine nelle bachur. Letto molle.Non credo avesse stelle.

Non male la struttura ma a pulizia ZERO!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una sola notte, arrivando dalla Sicilia e dovendo proseguire per Milano. Poco prima di arrivare abbiamo contattato la struttura indicando che, come scritto anche in fase di prenotazione, saremmo arrivati tardi. Appena giunti la signora alla reception ci ha consegnato le chiavi di una camera che, anche se nuova mostrava una completa mancanza di pulizia. Ragnatele e ragni ovunque, macchie sui comodini ecc ecc. Inoltre nella prima camera l'acqua calda non usciva. Dopo aver contattato la reception è spiegato i problemi riscontrati, c'è stata cambiata la camera e tranne un ragno trovato nella vasca, quest'ultima si presentava molto meglio. Sicuramente per le potenzialità che ha è poco curato.

Sono stato in questo hotel solo 1 notte per motivi di lavoro infatti, l'hotel e facile da raggiungere appena fuori dal casello di Polla (SA) della autostrada SA-RC - La ristorazione per me che ho cenato e fatto colazione è alquanto mediocre, camera nello standard delle 3*** mentre il personale è stato molto gentile e cortese. Unica nota negativa che non ho potuto lavorare con il pc, a causa di un wi-fi non funzionante nella mia camera.

Localização boa, com acessos fáceis as rodovias. Instalações do hotel necessitam manutenção. Limpeza do quarto, toalhas e roupas de cama deixam a desejar. Café da manhã muito simples. Falta estrutura hoteleira para manter as instalações que são relativamente novas. A família faz o possível mais não consegue suprir todos os aspectos hoteleiros.

Buon albergo, ottimamente gestito dalla famiglia proprietaria della struttura ed in modo particolare dalla figlia. Il primo giorno, questa non c'era e se ne sentiva la mancanza sopratutto nella prima colazione scarsa e qualitativamente sotto la media. Il giorno dopo è andata molto meglio. Buona la struttura e le camere , la pulizia era buona ma non perfetta avendo trovato alcune ragnatele ad altezza degli abat jour. Dista pochi minuti di auto dalle grotte di pertosa quindi comodo per le escursioni. Consigliato!!!
