"Stayed here for 2 nights on the way up to the Isle of Harris for a week. Fantastic setting, right next to the river Tay, and our room, the Atholl Suite, was amazing. The staff were fantastic, all very friendly and helpful, but also very professional. From check in to the restaurant staff at breakfast and the lady who came to service the room - all brilliant. Management - if you read this, please make sure you give your staff a big collective pat on the back for the Jon they do - the staff are the heartbeat of a hotel. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Our only small niggle was the paint fumes in the room when we arrived as the decorators were painting the outside woodwork. That said, we opened the windows for a few hours and it cleared. Understandable I suppose, that they needed to make the most of some fine weather to get it done. "

There were so many helpful small touches, like milk in the fridge and body wash in the shower, as well as fresh flowers. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was friendly. The location is absolutely stunning, although the road is very narrow!"
