"I think we were shocked to find how small. It was a very clean room and it fit my family of 5 very well. Conveniently located if you want to take the bus to Disneyland. Labeled as family friendly but signs everywhere to be quiet between 8pm and 8am. I don’t know about you but 1 year olds don’t know what that means. "Huge apartment style rooms that were super comfy and clean. The washer and dryer were so valued after travelling with kids. The pool is fantastic and the shuttle service to Disney was so easy and such a short drive. We’ve stayed at a lot of Disney hotels and this one was way better than staying at the park."

"Hotel was convenient and rooms were spacious for Europe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. There were a few issues. The elevators were out of order 1 day. And the TV never worked although we called twice. The lobby and public areas need a deep clean. Overall was a good value for the price with free shuttles to the park."

"Fantastic stay. Wish the pool remained open later for those of us who stay in the park. Clean rooms and great staff. Please be advised that you have to retrieve your packages that you had delivered from the Disney parks to your room by 8 PM or you will not be able to retrieve them until 8 AM the next day. I was not informed of that and went to get my package at midnight and was having a driver pick me up at 7:30 AM for another city drop off. However the staff was very helpful and found someone to go and retrieve my package from the park after hours"
