"We arrived for check in a bit on the early side, and there was someone there to get us into a parking spot. The staff overall were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We loved the balcony and beautifully tiled bathroom with a deep bath tub. The rooftop terrace provided splendid views at sunset, and having it be within easy walking distance of the Amphitheater entrance to the Pompeii ruins was perfect. "We loved the hotel and the very fitting decor the place was great all in all and the staff very helpful. They ordered us taxis. The hotel room was great we upgraded to the luxury suite and that had a bath with jets in the room which was a nice touch. The only thing I would say is that unfortunately being on the 3rd floor and directly below the breakfast dinning room you do get woken up to loud noises of tables and chairs being dragged about but not to big of an issue. Still a great place "

Strangely though, they will only supply one small toilet paper roll at a time, so we ran out of TP twice and had to go to front desk each time to urgently get more TP.
