8/10 Good

Cheap and cheerful. Very helpful people on reception, even though they didn’t speak English they had a card prepared to explain this, and to explain what was needed and that I could contact someone in the morning if needed.
Pleasant room with fridge, hob, some limited cooking facilities. Had to make tea by boiling water in a pan.
WiFi excellent. Bed had sheets but no duvet. Air con was freezing so a bit cold overnight but the nice man on reception came and sorted it for me. Area doesn’t have much around but it’s 6 mins walk from train station and entrance to the ruins, which is what I wanted. Decent supermarket 10 minutes walk and some restaurants nearby, although a bit run down and they close early, there are others a bit further along.
Overall don’t expect luxury, especially for the price, but clean, friendly, safe and somewhere convenient to stay when visiting the ruins.
