"Very friendly and helpful in getting me checked in after very late arrival around 3am. Great location super close to beach, restaurants and bus stop. Comfortable and clean room. No major noise heard from nearby restaurants nor traffic going past in the road although I was on first floor and some noise from breakfast room does carry if you're looking for a lie in."

"Love this hotel. View spectacular. The oldest part of the hotel needs a little tlc especially the plumbing (shower pressure not good). Not for people with mobility problems as it’s a steep walk up to the hotel and buses to/from. However taxis/uber/bolt cars readily available But it remains our favourite hotel in Gozo. "

"We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment with a stunning sea view. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. What made the experience even better was the helpful and friendly management team, along with the property owner who went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. "Very clean and organize and I was not expecting that breakfast was included, but the manager from Moroco (The Gentleman- sorry I didn’t get his name ) explained us during the check in that we have bf included, it’s surprises us . And bf was quit good and again nice service by the Manager with smiles that please us the most .it was worth for money . If there will be dinner option available then that will be great . We are very happy with our stay .. Room is very well organized with the amenity and online check save our time to spend on reception 👍 I will suggest to provide some drop and pick to main city to visit will bring more guest to the hotel .. we will Love 💕 to stay in future. We love the hotel 🏨 😘"

"Even amidst a busy street, the hotel room was quiet. The balcony faced the sea, a lovely place to sit and enjoy the harbor. The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was delicious. The staff was welcoming, gracious and helpful. The only criticism is that the signage is lacking at street level. It was difficult to find the hotel. The parking is a bit inconvenient, but not terrible."

"This day was not what we expected at all. First and foremost when looking at the advert for this day, it states a one bedroom one bath duplex. When you click on pictures, it talks about having a private pool, private bathroom and entrance in a space, alter yourself. When I went through the booking and looked at the room available it insured me that I was booking for a one bit one bath private duplex. When I got to the space, it was actually one room and a private duplex with a bathroom that was unattached to the room. Meaning it was in the hallway filled with other rooms. Apparently our bathroom was private and it didn’t have a key, but I don’t really know if it was really as private as it said. I’m going to try to get a refund for this day as well. Talking to Alex the man who operated the site was very difficult as he refused to let me talk and every time I would open my mouth, ask a question or to speak about what I saw. He told me it was my fault for misinterpreting the advert. Not one City actually fully let me talk even after I asked him to please let me talk. he still continue to interrupt and be disrespectful. "

"Massimo's property is a really lovely place to end the day and relax. Breakfast was perfect to get us fueled up for a long day of walking ahead! Beautiful view from the bedroom balcony and great communication from a wonderful host. Taxi's are easy around Gozo, but when visiting Victoria the bus is also convenient. "

"The hosts are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The property is charming and full of character. Its very easy to venture out to other locations either on foot or by bus. The breakfast was very nice and suited to individual preferences. I am so glad i chose to stay at the old mill as it made my time in Gozo extra special.I would certainly stay there again and recommended to anyone thinking of booking to do so. The in room guide to the island is very useful especially for first time visitors to the island a very nice idea. I had the smaller room but it was plenty big enough for me and the fridge and coffee machine was very handy. Very nice views ftom the terrace as well."
