Found a very large roach climbing up the wall inside. The pool couldn’t be swam in because a window was “Left open and the pool is currently full of bugs.” The staff however were super kind. Also the beds were like sleeping on bricks.

Room was excellent! Clean smelled good. Nice dove toiletries. The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice. I would recommend Wyndham and I would stay there again.

The property is fine. However Expedia failed to update that the pool was under maintenance. Which is a big deal when your traveling with three children.

Lovely, clean, comfortable place!

Desk clerk Amber was very friendly and accommodating! We traveled with bikes and so she gave us a room we could park right in front of! New hotel! Very clean and comfy!! Breakfast was.good!!! Thank you!

The staff was great at Baymont. Quiet, clean room. I travel in my work and this was a nice place to stay.

Bugs and hairs in the bathroom. Bed not that comfortable. Ice machine leaking on the floor and most of the facilities are not functional.

The outside of this property was dirty and in some disrepair. The breakfast area was not arranged well and needed to be maintained better while breakfast service times were observed. Our room was clean and quiet so in general we had a nice stay.

There was a dead moth and dead beetle on our bathroom floor. The rest of the carpeted floor was dirty also. Beds are VERY hard - slept on better in Guatemala. Fitness room is a joke - none of the equipment was in working order. Both ice machines in the hotel were “out of order”. Breakfast options were not appetizing. Check-in staff was rude and unfriendly.

The staff are doing their best given their situation, but the owners definitely need to fix the ice machine, fix the elevator, fix the pool, fix the laundry room, deep clean every room and wall / hallway. The amount of food stains, spiders, moldy smell and dirty marks is just the worse I’ve ever seen. The bedding had holes, rips and stains. The AC units need servicing and cleaning bad!!! I wouldn’t recommend coming here just how dirty and broken equipment. Staff are trying, but owners need to put in some serious time and money if they expect to keep this place open!!
