"The milk for breakfast was spoiled every morning. Need a bigger selection of options. More protein. Eggs hard to peel. Our first room smelled like soured mop head. Had to change the sheets ourselves bc of the smell. The toilet DID not work properly. "

"Great location. Need professional staff and convenience breakfast look like it is for homeless people . Their was no fruits, Danish or water. The juice tasted old and the bread look old. I love staying in the comfort inn but thus I did not feel safe at. In the room we had no tea bags or makeup remove pads. I paid for one night one hundred and sixteen dollars and the hotel look like motel 8. We had to go to the Waffle house because The breakfast that was served We was afraid to eat it. In my opinion the hotel need to be remodel and the staff need to be trained and a better quality of fresh food for breakfast. The room seem to be clean."

"Never again. It is a very cumbersome process just to even arrive at this property. It is literary located Behind fast food restaurants with no direct road. You just turn from the rear driveway of the food places. There is some show of someone's effort to modernize this property but it's not manifested. There are clearly ppl who rent this place for the long term or extended use and that's also easy to tell because they sat for hours outside on the stairs. The internet and website are very misleading. It gave the impression that the rooms - (Not suites) were accessible per indoors. However, this place is motel only. All rooms are exterior for your drive-up inconvenience. The room was neat and clean including the bathroom. The loud and imposing smell was totally a chemical linger as in illicit substances. This place is Not worth the money they rip you off for. I needed to travel to Hammond to celebrate a family event. I brought my doggie with me and left him in the room. When the event ended i returned to the room. I packed all of my belongings including my dog 🐕 and decided that I would rather risk the dark, late night drive back to New Orleans than to attempt to rest in this derelict environment. They can Keep the money!!"

"I ended up not staying at this location due to the hotel attendant stated that hotels.com did not pay them that if I was going to stay there I'd have to pay him directly. I told him I was not going to pay both. Especially since he was being bossy and rude. The outside of the hotel was severely neglected green all on the side; the pool was covered. Nothing to write home about. I can only imagine what the rooms looked like since the outside did not show as it was advertised on hotels.com. Would not recommend this to no one! "

"When we checked in the staff on duty were not very friendly. Almost snooty like. The lobby and grounds of the hotel were beautiful but our room was the very last room on the 2nd hall of the 2nd floor it overlooked the HVAC system. We booked this room months ago so I thought we would have had a much better view. The lady on staff working the morning after we arrived was very kind and helpful."
