Very good, but basic

The hotel is in a perfect location- walking distance to everything- and is very comfortable. The staff is excellent- smiling and always ready to help with anything. I took a star off because of some minor annoyances in the bathroom- towel rack in bathroom kept falling off and could not take a shower without holding the button in- if I let go, the water would come out of the faucet, not the shower. A little awkward to say the least. I’m sure had I called down the staff would have attempted to repair these things, but I couldn’t be bothered with having repair people in my room after I was all settled in. The hotel is definitely a two star, but a very good one in that category. The staff really elevate the experience! :)

Its a traditional heritage property which was good. Washroom amenities and washroom condition to be improved - glasses cups to be included in the room setup - Price of 6k is more - its like a 2-3k property
