1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. "The place is amazing, family facilities. Kids pool, play area, lake swim, playground restaurant, washing facilities. We didnt know the concept before we go. Renting boats and bikes around, amazing family holiday. The ONLY thing is they had a wedding party on Saturday we stayed until 2am, in the restaurant, which was next to where we stayed and it was impossible to sleep! And they didnt even warn us or tell anything beforehand. "

"The location of the flat is absolutely perfect nearby so many restaurants options , shopping , walking distance from the Villach HBF station.
The apartment is in a very good condition, kind of new , kitchen appliances are available, no washing machine though and no AC and it can be very hot.
I recommend adding a long mirror and doors stops as doors keep shutting off .
One downside is there is a Mexican restaurant in the ground floor and it can be noisy."
"The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. The walk from the underground station was a little long, but doable. Bonus points for having a long comfortable couch for my 6’6” brother to sleep on. That was a nice surprise."

"This place is a bit of a drive but worth it.
We booked it a few hours before 19:00 The check in said the front desk would be there until 19:00. We hurried making it there at 18:55. I even texted the number provided on the listing to tell them we may be a bit late. We arrived to find no one at the reception desk. We tried calling the number provided the phone rang in the desk. Finally a lovely lady who was working in the kitchen came to our aid. Out of the Goodness of her heart helped us out and called the manager, she also got us keys and showed us to our room. We were very grateful to her and her hospitality. There was still no reception staff in the morning for check out. "
