"Wir hatten 2 Hotelzimmer gebucht vom 13.12 bis zum 14.12. Vor Ort war dann aber eine Gesellschaft drin und man sagte uns es liege keine Reservierung von Expedia vor. Laut Expedia hat bis heute auch niemand von dem Hotel auf die Mails von Expedia reagiert. "

"The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views.
But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price.
The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable.
When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "
