Très mécontent

Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir à 21h après 400 kilomètres de route, et à notre grande surprise on nous apprend qu il n y a aucune réservation à mon nom! Du coup obliger d appeler un hôtel à 10 kilomètres de Pont Sainte Maxence, heureusement que se dernier n étais pas complet... Je ne sais pas si le problème viens de hôtels.com où l hôtel mais dans tout les cas je trouve sa honteux de plus qu on avait ma nièce de 5 ans avec nous...

1 night was horrible experience.

1 night was horrible experience. We just stayed short 1 night while we were moving to another city. We booked through Hotels.com and paid all for 3 rooms. when arriving, the guy in reception asked us to pay additional 25EUR if we want to use 3rd room. it doesn't make sense as we booked for 3 rooms and paid all when booking. it doesn't matter how many we go for staying, we were 4people, so he asked me to pay more haha.. we were speachless. Funny thing is that he gave us the apartment with 3 rooms but locked one room with a key. and didn't open it until we gave him 25EUR at the reception. I have been using Hotels.com for more than approx. 50 nights, and obviously this was the first and the worst hotel. you visit here if you want to ruin your trip.

Le Mr de l'accueil très gentil , nous étions 7 , nous avions un duplex , soirée très agréable, spacieux confortable et propre . J'espère avoir une occasion pour y retourner.

Vaut le détour.

Le logement très bien et et très propre.La literie au top mais le coin repas un peu juste pour 5 personnes. Très bon accueil.

overnachting en route

Prima locatie om de thuisreis te onderbreken. Schoon en verzorgd voor een goede prijs. Volgende keer boeken we eerder en zouden we een benedenappartement kiezen, vanwege de warmte van deze zomer was het slapen op zolder erg heet.

Mooi oud pand met mooi penthouse

Erg mooi penthouse voorzien van een mooi terras met uitzicht op de rivier Oire. Drie slaapkamers, één met een tweepersoonsbed, één met een tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed en één met vier eenpersoonsbedden. Matrassen zijn zacht. Verder zitkamer en keuken. Kamer is voorzien van een bank, stoelen en een hoekzitje bij het raam met uitzicht op de rivier. Keuken is voorzien van koffieapparaat, waterkoker, fornuis, oven, magnetron, wasmachine en koelkast voorzien van vriesvak. Hotel ligt aan het water en heeft een Priveparking. Centrum is om de hoek en de supermarkt zit op tweeënhalf kilometer afstand.

Prettig verblijf voor één nacht

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Groot appartement en aardig ingericht. Prima bedden, maar door het zeil dat op het matras lag erg warm. Niet prettig. De foto van huis en tuin is misleidend. De tuin is smal en er staan veel auto's op de "plaats", waarschijnlijk omdat de eigenaar grote bestelbusjes verhuurt. Het huis is mooi! Al bij al een prettig verblijf.

clean rooms decour from 1950's .not a castle

Firstly the picture on your website is very misleading. It is not a Castle and from the street side looks more like a factory or industrial unit (look at street view). To be honest I was very shocked by this. Rooms were clean but very old furniture and fashioned like from the 50's Could not work out how to turn all the lights off. No hot water on the last day so cold showers for both of us.

Super Hotel

Alles hat gepasst. Sehr sauber und bequem. Sehr nette Empfang trotz Ankommen spät in der Nacht. Ich würde nochmal kommen.

Excellent stop over

The chateau is over 300 years old and situated on the bank of the river. It's a stunning building in a great location. Far enough away from the main road to be quiet and calm. We arrived late and left early so did not make the most of the place, but the owner who greeted us (and didn't mind us arriving at 9pm) was charming. The apartment was great, comfy beds, clean sheets. It did smell a bit musty but I guess you can expect that from a 300 year old castle! The plates, cups and bowls were a bit sparce, but i am sure we could have asked for more had we been staying longer. I absolutely loved this place and want to back to explore the area and would definitely stay here again. It's such good value for money.

Maison de style rénovée en appartement . Mobilier assez ancien mais qui reste dans le style. Un accueil parfait , le propriétaire a gratuitement installé un lit d'appoint pour une sixième personne. Petit jardin clos avec balançoire . Une literie qui permet de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil dans un cadre calme .
