"We booked this accommodation for 4 adults and 3 children, but there were only sleeping places and breakfast provided for 6 people. This was already unacceptable, but it gets worse: the place was also dirty, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival.
We tried to contact the host multiple times in every possible way, but received no response at all. We were left in a very stressful and uncomfortable situation with a family of seven and no proper place to sleep.
