"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. "Comfortable and clean, easy access to all the important places, lots of stores and eating options. Only thing that needs a bit of work are the room ac. In summer it gets really hot and the ac in the rooms don’t really cool down the room. Other than that it was a excellent experience."

"My husband & I stayed in Assisi July 2026 for 1 night. The property is lovely - the architecture and history make it special & the staff was very accommodating especially about our room preferences. Although we did not use the hot springs that are in the lower level of the hotel, we did walk through there & it is very Roman like. The bed and linens were comfortable and our room was quiet. My only suggestion would be to expand the breakfast buffet to include more hot dishes, etc. Overall, a wonderful location in the heart of the historic area of Assisi & very walkable to the sites & restaurants."

"This was a lovely hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The woman at the desk showed us a map and pointed out how to get to all of the sites we wanted to see, including where to get the bus back to the train station. The breakfast the next morning was also lovely, with freshly made tea/coffee and a large assortment of options including eggs and bacon. Easy walk to St. Francis basilica. They also let us leave our bags there after checkout so that we didn't have to lug them around with us for the rest of our visit."
