"An elevator was down for the entire duration of our stay. We tried to use the other elevator only to find out there was no way to cross over to our side. Seems like this is an issue because it’s mentioned in other reviews. I should have been a bit more wary. There was a dirty towel in the middle of the bathroom and a brown, suspicious stain on the living room rug. We were also missing coffee for the coffee maker. Everytime we were in the lobby, it reeked of cigarette smoke. No one was regulating people smoking outside so the smell was wafting inside. The front desk staff was nice. Easy check in and check out. They were kind enough to not charge us a late fee since we had to wait 30 min to go down on the elevator (it was always full). The location is not too bad of a walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are food stalls along the way. Pretty convenient, especially if you’re using a tour bus or boat."

"Amazing hotel. Rooms are compact but completely updated with modern lighting, bathroom and bedding. Room was clean and cleaned well each day. The artwork is so fun in the rooms and hallways. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Great location but no notive Hotel was under renovation. Very uncomfortable to have workers outside your door painting and doing other work. Specially with a little kid. I wished I had been notified, because it was a bit uncomfortable."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location to get around Paris. The only downside was the noise from the club across the road, which is probably only an issue at the weekend. It is worth asking for a room at the back of the hotel, rather than one facing the front."

"Love this hotel. Very close to the Eiffel Tower, metro station and restaurants. The room was a bit small but overall comfortable. I think because of the season and cold weather, there is no A/C on the rooms, mostly heater but when we got a little hot in the room, we could open a window. A good choice to stay again. "
