The seat on the toilet cracked when I sat in it, and it scraped and cut me, there was bleeding from this. This was a great disturbance to my night and I wasn’t able to sleep before an international flight. I would like this resolved and a refund.

Lovely hotel, great room and comfortable bed although the room was exceptionally hot even with the aircon turned to the lowest setting. It made sleeping very difficult and unpleasant.
