"The building was clean, the room was decent, the breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast with lots of options and the coffee was actually good. The staff were all friendly. Check in and out was simple. The outside doors lock at night requiring your room key to get in, which I thought was a nice feature to feel safe. Our trip was a family visit so the location was perfect for us. Easy to get to and from and close to many food/shopping options. We visited in February so the weather was nice but not pool weather. I wish this location had an indoor pool. Overall our stay was great! "

"I check out 10 mins after I checked in the hotel conditions are unacceptable.. it took 30 mins to check in because there was system issues.. while waiting to check in the desk attendant (I later found out was the manager) keep getting smart with me.. I didn't have a key to my room which is very unsafe.. someone had to walk me up to my room to let me in... the room had roach eggs under the pillow.. I tried to turn on the heated immediately the smoke detector went off.. the only good quality and the only reason I booked with yall was the indoor pool.. which the manager kicked my kids out saying the pool was close.. after that I left the property.. There are some many other things that can be listed wrong with this property but that is the most pressing issues I had. This property should have never been on this site. Your caliber of hotel are 1000 times better then this"

"Bed was comfy. The pool is filled with dirt. The rooms were dirty. But for the price and my dog was able to stay with me. I’d book again. Definitely needs to be cleaner though."

"I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE LAUNDRY ROOM OR ANYTHING ELSE WAS LIKE. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WANTED ME TO PAY A 50 DOLLAR DEPOSIT SHE CLAIMED WE GET BACK. YET, I PAID FOR MY ROOM ONLINE WHERE THERE WAS NO MENTION OF A 50 DOLLAR DEPOSIT. THEN, I OROCEED TO HER TELL ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT SHE HAVE TO REQUEST A MICROWAVE AND REFRIGERATOR IF EITHER ONE IS AVAILABLE. I REQUESTED MY REFUND, AND GOT MY MONEY BACK ONLY FOR TWO NIGHTS WHEN I PAID FOR THREE. THIS HOTEL IS FULL OF 💩 AND THE STAFF IS TOO. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO A HOMELESS PERSON. PLEASE DON'T ASK ME ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!"

"This is an outdated hotel! The rooms are big and comfortable. Definitely has a lot of rust, horrible smell in the hallways, and the walls in the room needs to be cleaned and painted over. Breakfast was limited but great! The breakfast guy was amazing and awesome. "
