"I definitely would be coming to stay again. The staff was amazing, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast can be a bit better but I loved the waffle machine. The room was clean and I enjoyed having the whirlpool in my room.The hot water works just great. Great getaway for couples, it is also kid friendly. The TV volume was a bit loud couldn't really hear the words but we managed. It's 10 mins from the Casino, Great wolf Lodge, and Tange Outlets. Overall, I would definitely be going back to visit when it's warmer. I had a really great and relaxing time especially for great price. Highly recommended, my fiance really enjoyed her birthday getaway"

"Room was clean and bed comfortable. Booked a room with a tub, however the room that was assigned to me did not have a tub. Brought to the attention of the front desk and they refunded us $50. Not too many amenities but good location to stay at if you are planning a trip to the casino. The do have shuttle service available on Friday and Saturday. Overall, a good experience, will definitely stay here again!"

"In all of my years of travel, I have never been charged an Early Check-In Fee. The fee was to "rush" the cleaning of a room. Yet once I said that I'd pay the fee, the room was ready. When you check in, either a room is ready for you or not. Being charged a fee to get to your room that is cleaned & ready is absurd, especially since I'm attending an event that is being held at that hotel! "

"Check i was excellent as i was a little early and the front desk let me check in early.Then i locked myself out of the room on which he canceled the first 2 keys and reissued 2 more .He was very understanding and helpful. Room was clean.Only thing i would have preferred a fridge and a microwave,but for the reasonable rate i got i used ice bucket and microwave in lobby.cant complain.Parking was easy and Breakfast was fresh and delicious I always enjoy the Microtel. "
