Had a great time. Sofia and Abhi were front desk staff that were awesome. Loved every minute of being there. Breakfast buffet, pool, room, and entire hotel were fantastic.

The main issue at this property all though this person is excellent at checking you. But there customer I have only seen employees act like this in this area of Connecticut. No respect no manners go back and forth with you. Like your money as no value. That shirt indian guy works at the Red Carpet ...

If I could rate negatives I would. Bar don’t exist. Restaurant don’t exist. Water fountains don’t work. Vending machines are all removed with wires hanging. Bugs in the room, ABSOLUTELY disgusting.
