Got there in the nick of time!) they said they had sent a message to say key was under the mat at my assigned room - but I couldn’t access the message …I hate to think if I had arrived a minute later where I would have been left! "The room was fine and reasonably well appointed. Staff were rude, no customer service at all. Not sure if owners run it or employed manager but zero customer service. Shame as good location and nice enough place for the price."
