"It was our fourth or fifth time at the resort over the last twenty years. An ideal place to stay if you're looking for some sun, peace & quiet (excepting the planes coming in to land at Tenerife South, but at least it's not directly under the flight path like some). Reception staff are always helpful and any issues are dealt with quickly. We stayed in a newly renovated room, certainly a step up on our early stays. Happy to go back again in the next year or two."

"Fabulous hotel along with such happy staff. Food at the buffet is excellent, always plenty of choice....food & service at the A La Carte needs work !! Waiters not interested & food not as good as it should be. Pools are so good...very clean but the pools ides/tiled walkways are lethal...accidents everyday with people, kids & adults, slipping up....along with lots of cracked tiles which are like glass. I cut my foot on one but couldn't be bothered to complain....but there are far too many broken tiles along with all the tiles need to be changed to non-slip before there is a serious head injury !! Totally disagree with having to pay for entertainment in the theatre !!"

The only caveat is the uphill walk—so if you’re venturing out on foot, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, the views and surroundings make it worth every step. What truly sets this place apart is the thoughtful touch on departure day. You can leave your luggage safely, enjoy a final dip in the swimming pool, and even freshen up in a courtesy room with clean towels before heading off. It’s that kind of attention to detail that makes you feel genuinely cared for. And let’s not forget the on-site shop—convenient, well-stocked, and perfect for picking up a few essentials or souvenirs. "
