"My family and I stayed for 5 days at the residence (not at the hotel). The duplex apartment had seen better days and was not very clean but it was functional with a large balcony. "Mon séjour était vraiment décevant. Je pensais que c’était un hôtel 4 étoiles mais ce n’était pas le cas. Je crois qu’ils n’ont même pas deux. Le logement n’était pas du tout celui des photos réservé sur le site. On voulait nous filer un studio derrière la résidence, pas lumineux et très petit, on a du changer et payer un supplément. Arrivée à l’autre logement les lits n’étaient même pas faits, pas de papier toilette, ni savon pour se laver les mains, le canapé étais cassé, et le sol étais sale....
