"Verden Hotel is located in the center of Lakselv, close to restaurants, shops, and services. This is why we chose the hotel. The room was small for $200 after taxes, and the charge for a second person. It’s comfortable enough, but not renovated. The service was fine, but not polished. The breakfast was good, and there is a restaurant, which one of the better ones in Lakselv. "

"Hotel is conveniently Located in town center, near restaurants and services. Our room was renovated and nicely decorated, with a modern bathroom. Room was a bit on the smaller size, with two single beds next to each other, typical of Norway. We slept well, the traffic from the main street, Storgata was not bad at all.street parking available. Breakfast was very good, and the service is friendly. "

"The lodge was clean, quiet, and warm, with good Wi-Fi and an easy check-in. However, there was no soap provided upon arrival, which was disappointing. We booked partly because of the photos showing a jacuzzi, but it turned out this was only available for one specific cabin – something that wasn’t clearly explained. The lodge felt impersonal and lacked privacy, making it unsuitable for couples. We also didn’t eat at the restaurant because the prices were simply too high. Overall, not good value for the money unless you’re here strictly for skiing and just need a place to sleep. "

"Amenities at the resort were wonderful. I really appreciated the staff helping with scheduling all of our activities for us before we arrived. Food in both restaurants excellent. Rooms are very large and comfortable with a lovely view. We also enjoyed the spa. Front desk was very helpful. A special recognition for the staff member from Greece (I'm sorry that I do not remember his name), but he was especially helpful and welcoming. One suggestion: we asked about transportation to Trasti and Trine. A person at the desk offered to give us a ride in the van and pick us up. I tipped them for their effort - but was very surprised when presented with a hefty bill the next day. I should have been told the 10 minute ride would cost > $130 each way. Otherwise, everything was wonderful"
