The Royal Victorian was a nice motel that seemed to have been updated in the last 5 years. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Only drawback is it’s on the busy street so lots of traffic noise

Conveniently located to the ferry and board walk. Clean. Has microwave and fridge. Can be noisy. The bathroom door has to be fixed in unit 101.

It was convenient for catching the ferry to Victoria and the price was right. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is fairly old and could do with a makeover.

Close to downtown - easy walk. Quieter than I thought it would be. Seemed clean other than the fabric chair in the room (was stained/looked quite dirty). Hair dryer was melted. Check in was quick and friendly.

The room i stayed in was under construction and they were no teven supposed tobrent the room out. There was a screw sticking out of the carport that my friend stepped on and it stuck in to there foot. All around a miserable stay at this property.
