"I’ve stayed at this hotel before and never had any problems. This past stay, my deposit was held because cough syrup was accidentally dumped on the sheets. White sheets that could very easily be bleached. The room was not destroyed in any way, the mattress was not stained, and the room was overall fairly clean when we left. I don’t think that a water based cough syrup stain warranted a $100 charge. I tried cooperate and I also tried the hotel management but have been unsuccessful. I doubt a new set of sheets costs $100. I won’t be staying here again. "
"The location is fine and so was most of the staff. Unfortunately, it’s very hot in the entrance area. For breakfast, even the milk was hot, so don’t recommend going to breakfast there. Had some water pressure issues. Was it really bad… not horrible. Would I stay there again? No."
"Dirty outside and inside the room, everything inside the rooms is old they need an upgrade, lady in the front was very kind no complaints about that but the hotel needs an upgrade because everything is old and dirty."
"The breakfast was very good and reasonable. Had a lot of earring choices each day, nothing major but very acceptable. Their air-conditioning worked great."
"BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay.
They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. There isn’t a moment when she is there that the lobby doesn’t smell like smoke. Upon our check in I asked her (to confirm) if this building was smoke free because I smell it. She stated yes and that she put out her cigarette when she saw us pull in. She is constantly smoking. The only reason that it wasnt too much of an issue is because besides the lobby, the building is open air.
The dolly carts all have flat tires, her response was she already knew. They aren’t doing anything about that either.
Other than stated above, the ease of coming in and out was nice, no issue with noise and staff was approachable. "
"Breakfast was okay. Gravy was cold. Disappointed in not being able to receive additional towels. Had 5 people staying in room but only received 3 towels. When asking for more were told they were in the wash. Booked room for 5 so thought would receive towels for 5."
