Front desk was unnecessarily difficult and condescending which resolved when my husband came in. Then asked for “extra” personal information “to make sure” the reservation belonged to us—which it did but was not prepaid. Room and facilities were clean.

Was there for work inwent to work one day came back to my room to rest and found someone else underwear on my bed ... i immediately checked out the room and left tue hotel . Itslked to the receptionist about it ... nothing happened i even lost two days that ive paid for

Just because we couldn't cancel your reservation because it is booked with Expedia and we do need 24 hours prior notice to cancel for free. Sorry, you had a bad experience with Expedia and we couldn't issue you a refund. We had your reservation for 4 days and u stayed 2 days after the completion of 2 days you needed the reservation to be canceled it is Expedia policy to cancel 24 hours prior please don't falsely accuse us. For the future, we do a full refund if you book in-house with no 24hrs notice just before 11:00 am let us know.

Upon entering the room, the towels were dirty, the bed spread had a huge stain on it. I asked for the room to be cleaned on Saturday. No one came To clean it at all

It was ok but i think motel 6 is better. I cant stand staying in a room with a door between another room.. creepy.. everything looked like it was but and painted cheaply..oh well. I atill have a month here but ill be staying somewhere else

We asked the desk clerk if there were restaurants nearby. He said McDonalds will deliver. We saw a pizza flyer on the checkin desk and asked if they deliver; he said he didn't know, we should try McDonalds. He gave us the wrong code for the internet. When I got the right code, I found lots of restaurants in a 10-15 minute drive. Breakfast was horrible. Stale toast or waffles.

I walk in the lady behind the window sees me and then turns her head she turn I’m waiting at least 10 mins to check in. Then get room 314, the tile beside the tub is all broken 😡 then the wood stopper between the bathroom and the rest of the room is broken as well. I mentioned to staff abd they said they were completely booked so they wouldn’t be able to move me. Mentioned they would speak to the manager to see what could be done upon checking out I mentioned it again and the gentleman just blew it off!!! Something needs to be done

my room smelled like mildew it was hard to go to aleep with the strong smell, had to go to store late at night to buy air freshener, it was evident that this hotel was built with the cheapest materials available

Great for fishing trips
I stay at the Crystal Inn during my fishing trips to Keith Lake. It meets all my needs. A clean room, cold A/C, and something to eat in the morning. The staff are friendly and the room rates are reasonable. Also there is decent parking for my boat.
