Also the front desk lady washed her hands & then Without gloves she puched the trash down with her hand then she started messing around with the food> without rewashing her hands & again no gloves."

"I was checked into an already occupied room when i returned to the front desk to let them know they made me wait while they argued with the cleaning lady then hinted that I would have to wait till the room was clean I had to tell them either check me into a different room or give me a refund to which magically got me checked into a new clean room"
