Pearl Beach Inn was amazing! Easy to get to, directly on the beach, super clean room, shower had lots of hot water and excellent pressure. They provide beach towels, chairs, sifters, everything you need for a beach day. For being directly on the beach and the amenities - definitely worth the price.

Perfect stay

Excellent stay in peaceful and clean Manasota Key. Beach was beautiful and peaceful. Accomodation Premises were super clean and provided just the desired atmosphere for us.

Everything from check in to check out was easy. Staff was friendly and gave us plenty of things to do in the area. Room had ocean view, ice cold ac which was needed, and it’s on an amazing beach. They have sand chairs, umbrellas and everything else you can use at the beach. Excellent stay we will be returning.

Perfect property to rest and relax! We stayed in the Atlantis and it was more than we expected. The beach was so quiet it was like we had it all to ourselves. We found so many shark teeth and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets!! Looking to return again soon!

Location, location, location!

This is a gem of a place on a fantastic beach. Wildlife abounds including ospreys, gopher tortoises and sea turtles. We had room 10 with a view over the roof. We loved the calmness of the place and never left for 5 days. We stocked up with food and drink beforehand and loved the beach scene. An amazing location.

I love small "mom and pop" hotels on a beach. This fit the billl. 12 rooms. On the beach. Close to restuarants but not in town. Awesome. Very nice staff. Everything I could want.

This is a wonderful "old Florida" kind of place. Laid back and relaxed, lots of shells on the beach, quiet and easy-going; it is just what I was looking for. We had rain the weekend I was there and it was still excellent. The Gulf was warm and we walked on the beach when the rain was light. The bed was comfortable, too.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Great check-in. I would only suggest that customers are given the option for a better room upon check in when they are available. The place is a slice of peaceful paradise. Amazing views, and quiet. Highly recommend.

UH-MAZE-ING!

This place was UH-MAZE-ING! Great price. Great location. Friendly staff. Super clean. We found 432 shark teeth in the 1.5 days we were there. We didn’t even have to sift! They were just scattered all over. Don’t waste your time going to Venice. This place is perfect! We will be back!

We just had the worst room you could possibly get. There must have been doing construction upstairs from us because I cannot imagine that there could be people that rude to walk around pounding like they are about to come through our ceiling. We got no sleep! We were booked for 2 days and only stayed One! We were miserable 😞

Amazing location with a comfy bed

We had an amazing stay and enjoyed our time on the beach. The bed was so comfy and the shower was hot.Very relaxing and the location is the very best.you can watch the sunset on the gulf from the patio. No people other than the people at your hotel. It is an older motel but We book for the location. We love the pearl. We did have an issue with what I’ll call “beach bugs”. There were little flying bugs. They offered to switch rooms, we declined that offer because we had reserved a room right on the beach and like I said we booked for the location. The staff were very nice and we just vacuumed them out everyday.

The beach and hotel were nice, but we were charged unreasonable clean up charge after the fact. They charged a pet fee when we checked in and we told them our pet was a little larger then 30 pounds,(we missed the fine print) they were fine with it and let us check in charging us an extra 30 dollars a night. We made sure to straighten up the room and even did our dishes for them before we left. They took advantage and charged us $160.00 more on our card after we left, I guess for cleaning. Nice place but we felt that was very unfair. We will not recommend it and changed our minds about ever going back.
