"The toilet seat was way too low to the floor. It was not easy for an older couple to manage. No grab bar was on the wall to assist a person to raise themselves up off the toilet seat. Because of that, we'll never stay at this hotel or any others run by this company again."

We had not intended to stay at the Sleep Inn, but on arriving in town, we discovered our initial rental was uninhabitable and needed a plan B!
