Just a lovely lively place by the river with restaurants etc as well as a uniquely fascinating centre for sculpture with sculpting going on all the time at Lapidales. And of course the river is gorgeous.

"Comfortable no nonsense hotel/motel perfect for road trip overnighter. Comfortable bed with decent shower and air con. Breakfast was good. Restaurant was closed for August for cleaning - not sure if this applies every August. Very little in the way of habitation around the hotel - 5 minute drive ..."

"Because of our late train arrival the reception desk was closed. We had informed the property two days prior by email but it was not acknowledged. We were fortunately met by a representative who took us to our room. Lovely room but a/c didn’t work, fans only. :("
