"Don't bypass this hotel because it is older. Very clean hotel and staff are wonderful. Room may be a bit outdated but beds are new and comfortable as are the pillows and bedding so it provided a great sleep which is really important. Sauna and pool were really well maintained and the free breakfast was exceptional. A lot of variety which I was surprised by."

"The staff was helpful and nice and stay was good overall For the management there, the chair in the room where the bunk bed was, was ripped and stained but functional and the Queen bed in our room was a double but they told us it was a queen , we have a queen at home and that was definitely a double bed I think some of the furniture was dated and should be replaced to make guests feel more comfortable in the room"

"Overall the stay was great. Yes the room is small but we still fit 3 adults with 2 kids. The amenities helped out because the pool and kids play area are caged, so I for one could actually relax without worrying my toddler and baby were going to run out. Another great thing was it's a 5-10 min walk to the beach and to stores. So really you just park and don't need to drive anywhere after that. My family deff enjoyed it and will be back again. Ps owner was really friendly and other guest were so kind."

"Always a great time at Christie's! We stayed here on a whim a few years ago, and have been coming back annually since. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We love that it's dog-friendly and has many different amenities (pool, beach, sauna, kayaks, games, beach, and sitting space). The shoreline of the beach is sandy, but I would recommend bringing a pool noodle or water shoes if you want to swim out further (avoiding some muckier parts). Otherwise, relax, enjoy the boats passing by, and take in the pretty sunsets. The restaurant on-site is convenient and enjoyable. Christie's is also walking distance to a coffee shop, ice cream parlor and another restaurant. It is about a 15-20 minute drive to neighbouring towns/trails/park, which can be a fun addition to your stay."

"We enjoyed our 3 night stay. It is a quiet, well kept small hotel. No pool or gym but that wasn't a priority for us. The breakfast buffet offers a limited variety of food but it's decent fare, in a clean and organized dining room. My only quasi complaint is that the air conditioner in our room was quite loud. The beds are clean and comfortable. A recommended stay at a decent price."
