"The hotel was in a really good location, close to the Metro and small shops and restaurants. On arrival we were greeted by a member of staff who signed us in. We weren’t able to check in until 1 so had to leave our baggage. As there were no spare rooms or luggage stores our belongings were just left by the reception desk. They also didn’t have a bathroom or toilet that we could change in before heading out for the day. It was however, very clean and tidy. The rooms were huge, had air conditioning, a fridge (although we couldn’t make it work) a kettle etc. Staff were lovely, whenever we saw them, the cleaners etc. And breakfast was a small selection of continental and cooked eggs and sausages."

"A really good value for money hotel. There’s no frills but the bedrooms are serviced to a high standard and are beautifully clean. The buffet breakfast is excellent and has a huge variety of choices to suit everyone. The air conditioning is good too. Staff are very friendly and very helpful."

"The room was beautiful and clean. Was on the 21st floor but meant very little street noise. Good location for metro."

"This is a very clean and comfortable place. It is in an excellent location, close to a lot of pubs and restaurants and to the National Archaeological Museum. It is air conditioned, although, when you leave the room, it shuts off and you have to reset it when you return. We had some trouble with the toilet bubbling and foaming but they had a maintenance person up immediately to look at it. There is a TV but it was not much use to use as the closed caption option did not work and all programming was in Italian. The staff are very friendly and helpful."
