"Friendly and helpful at check in. Needed to know about restaurants in the area. Loved our room with a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. Our room was pretty. Very comfortable bed with nice linens. Room was spotless. It gave a welcoming feeling. We hope to stay again sometime"

"After an unfortunate experience elsewhere, Perry’s was a nice haven for me to land in. Great service, kind people, and a serene atmosphere. The cottage was private and so comfortable. Whenever I find myself in Daytona, I’ll surely come straight back!"

"The hotel is old but it is clean and is up to date on amenities. The only thing I disliked was that the curtains were small and I had to clothes pin them together so that anyone trying to peep couldn’t see in. There were no shades. The door is glass and didn’t seem to latch well. But it was beachfront and inexpensive. The city has taken most of the parking so you have to double park or pay. The inn has came up with what seems to be a good system of getting more parking. But to walk out and be 10 yards or so to the beach and the year around heated pool i would have paid if i had too. Would definitely recommend and will stay again. "
