"Had to call the front desk several times for the heat There weren't any bed clothes in the closet for the couch bed and they tried to charge for additional sheets but they weren't additional. It's supposed to be a set in the closet. On a positive note the food in the restaurant was great."

"First off, I already submitted a very detailed review. Seems odd that you or Bally’s hasn’t received it yet. We had a terrible experience with our room and the overnight supervisor at the hotel lobby desk on March 13, 2026. Very unprofessional. We ended up having to move our room from the ground floor to the 8th floor, even though our checkout was the next morning. There is obviously a bad ventilation issue in the first room we were in, a strong odor of either marijuana or mold, coming through the vents or wherever, it’s totally unacceptable as was the treatment from this supervisor. Had a great time other than his very unpleasant and unprofessional treatment, it’s a shame. "

"The property was great and with the exception of two individuals the staff was great. There was one young lady at the gaming up facility whose only interest was her personal calls on her cell phone. She expressed extreme irritation at having to pause her calls to actually do her job and answer simply questions. There was also the hostess at the Burger restaurant, that didnt greet us as she led us to the table and dropped the silver ware on the table without saying a word. The waitress we had was great, she was very professional and attentive, she saved the whole experience. Had it not been for the 2 negative individuals this would have been a five star trip. Everyone other staff member from the front desk to the other mutiple waiters and waitress were top notch. We even met the comedian whose show we attended. He was so personable, and his show was top notch. "

"Tv kept going out, bed headboards were dirty and the pool closes extremely early ,while check in is 4pm and the pool closes at 5pm. There’s no microwaves which makes it hard to eat at night because the restaurants Close a little early. Other than that I enjoyed my stay "
