"Only 1 elevator location in the entire facility....some difficulty getting to our far-away rooms. Only entry allowed through the front main entrance which meant go up the one elevator location and walk to the extremities of the building if that is where your room is located. Get a room near the elevator! Staff and housekeeping were very accommodating. Parking for the most part is far away from the entrance. Again, with only one entrance, close parking spots were generally not available. The air conditioning broke down for 2 nights of our stay...rooms got pretty hot. They did discount our bill and gave us a free night because of the inconvenience. All in all...7 out of 10."

"We asked for early check-in but only arrived 15 minutes before check in, they told me I’d need to wait 30 minutes (15 min after check in time). When the man in my group asked, a room was ready in 5 minutes. We rushed off to a wedding to return late at night and find the bathroom has not been throughly cleaned, there was hair and urine on the toilet. We opted to use the downstairs toilet for a clean seat. When I spoke to the desk person the next morning she told me the room was checked by a manager and that it was certainly cleaned properly but when she asked for pictures I did have them and explained I was the only one who had entered the bathroom therefore I’m sure no one used it before we left for the wedding. Because I did not book directly they only offered me a Starbucks gift card. Also, the breakfast included was disappointing, there were no hot options. Good thing is ihop is across the plaza. Overall the staff were not helpful or friendly and the cleanliness left something to be desired."

"Our stay was definitely nice but became a five plus at breakfast! The chef Shelia did a tremendous job! It was my first time ever at a hotel breakfast not having to doctor up the grits!!! They were perfect!!! My wife and i both loved the bacon done just right! You could also get eggs however you wanted but I stuck with the grits and bacon!!! The whole staff was great would stay again!!!!"
