"We booked a queen room with sofabed for 3 people (2 parents and 10yr old), however, there was no bedding for the sofa bed. I went to reception who gave me a rolled up bundle of fitted sheet and flat sheet with stains on and a blanket that had holes and smelled awful. I asked for some pillows and was told that the hotel had 'run out' as everyone had wanted 4 or 5 pillows that night! The mattress was absolutely awful and so thin and old on the sofabed, I could pinch it flat with my fingers! Needless to say, my daughter didn't sleep at all. The bathroom smelled so strongly of bleach/disinfectant that you could smell it in the bedroom too. There is a sign on then mirror that it had been cleaned with 'hospital grade disinfectant', which is great until you have to smell it that strongly for the entire stay. There are 4 other hotels within 100ft of this one, do yourself a favor and pick one of them!"

"Front desk lady stephanie was very offputting, slamming door & being rude. Rest of the stay was great. Inexpensive hotel that was clean, room was cool, walking distance to beach. 15 min from port."

"Very nice although we had a small maintenance problem. They made it right with us by moving us to another room and then back into our assigned room. Maintenance needed to communicate more worth the front desk on when the room was finished though. Pool was not opened but could use the Marriott Hotels pool. But in the end very happy with the stay."
