"This was a wonderful place for a quick getaway. The Postcard Cabins are tiny homes on wheels equipped with full amenities, including a queen-sized bed with buttery soft sheets and pillows, excellent heating and air conditioning, and a bathroom with a nice hot shower and soft towels. The kitchen is well-equipped with a two-burner stove, a small fridge, and all the tools and utensils that a twosome needs. The pour-over coffee packets by Kuju are outstanding, and the hot chocolate and teas are also appreciated. What makes this place extra special is that it is situated in nature, with trees and greenery all around. We took advantage of the fire pit, complete with firewood and fire starter pucks, all included in the cost. The smores for two were exceptional with stroopwafle cookies. There are also a couple of short trail walks on the property that both end at little waterfalls...delightful. All in all, a special spot for a getaway. We will be back!"

"So, we actually didn't stay at the hotel after all. I'm embarrassed to admit, that when booking I searched by Arlington Cemetary. We like casinos, so it was perfect, I quickly reserved the room. The story is long, but I made several mistakes, and it wasn't until we were driving to Arlington (National) Cemetary and mapped our hotel from there, that I goofed and the resort was in WA not Virginia. Before I realized that, I had already called to add a day to our trip. During that time, the woman that took my call was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and helpful. When I called back to let her know the mistake I made, and we wouldn't be there in an hour, she was even sweeter. She was able to refund the extra day, and I have no doubt she would've refunded everything, if I hadn't purchased thru Hotels, and there was a cancellation deadline. Our trip was over a month ago, it's a blur as you can imagine my panic trying to find a hotel in DC an hour before we got there, so I can't remember her name. But I want to go to WA just to see her! We received a call later that night from someone else confirming we wouldn't be there. He was also extremely nice. If I ever go to WA, I would stay here. "

"Nice big room, would've preferred a king size bed but it was a really clean and apartment sized room. Full kitchen. Great price for all those things. "
