"Thank you for an absolutely amazing stay again! Everything was perfect! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The spa is the nicest we have ever been to. The restaurants serve excellent food and La Table should probably have a Michelin star! It really is our favourite hotel and we look forward coming back next year! Thank you again for making it such a special experience! "
"The hotel is first rate. We had balcony rooms on the second floor and they were large (almost suites) with beautiful bathrooms. The hotel was still very lush even in mid-October. The restaurant is the real gem of the property. It firmly deserves it's one Michelin star. We did have dinner there one night and though expensive it was one of the 3 best meals I have ever eaten. The breakfast at 30 euros per person was also noteworthy. So much fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, nearly anything you could want. The service was top notch as well. The breakfast waiter went out of his way to direct us to a regional market in Vallbon which was a very nice day. This is a six star property in my opinion."
