"Useful place to stay on the outside of Cahors. If you aren’t aiming to go into the centre on a Sunday simple transport in. There are a variety of fast food restaurants around the hotel including an ‘eat salad’ one which was surprisingly good. However if you want something less casual there will be a need to travel as there is no restaurant on site. Breakfast was fine but did get quite crowded on one day of our stay. Would personally be happy to stay again."
"Great hotel to spend a few nights but not really suitable to stay for a week as rooms are quite small and lack a fridge.
Bed and pillows are very comfortable and noise from other rooms minimal.
Great breakfast with an excellent choice of fresh produce, pastries and nuts/dried fruit.
All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to requests.
All areas within the hotel are clean and well maintained.
The hotel serves food at night (hot and cold buffet) and there are a few other places to eat nearby. The location is quiet as it is on the outskirts of Cahors. It is about a 30 minute walk to the centre via a path next to the road or through the retail park on the other side of the river."
"First night of our holiday was saved by the staff here. We had to re route due to the fires in Bordeaux and after a long 9 hour drive I found I had booked the hotel for the wrong night. The girls in reception came good and sorted us some rooms when things were looking bleak.
Rot top, food and wine also great."
"Nice new room . A bit of information left out is location and street parking. The hotel is also under construction and hallways are not finished.restaurant not opened which I was planning on eating stand none in walking distance. No amenities in room for washing hair, just body soap."
"A beautiful hotel situated in an old windmill, right next to the river, with amazing views. The rooms are lovely, clean and well equipped and the shower is great. All of the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Our evening meal was wonderful, as was breakfast, with a wide and varied range of excellent, fresh products.
You can wander downstairs to sit by the river, passing through a room containing the workings of the old windmill, a bit like a museum, which is really interesting.
There is a huge free car park, including spaces with electric charging points."
