I suffer from moderate spinal stenosis and i cant even walk or sit up until an hour after ive taken my pain meds. Im a very clean person and anytime we've ever stayed at a hotel, bc of my compromised immune system, i spray everything down with disinfectant spray, wipe every surface, clean the tub, sweep and mop the floors and change the bed linens from theirs to mine. My husband had meetings from 7am until 4pm everyday and usually id spend my mornings napping bc i dont sleep very well at nighf bc im in so much pain. Housekeeping would come around every other day and bc i couldn't walk to the door, i would just tell them that i didn't need their services bc i waa cleaning the room. They all had very heavy accents so there was a language barrier of sorts. On Wednesday, 3.27.26 i had refused the Housekeeping services and before i knew it the manager was knocking on the door demanding that i let him in. We exchanged a few words but ultimately i ended up calling my husband and asked him to defuse the situation. He did and called me bk to tell me to make it over to the door and unlock it so i did. It was a while b4 the manager came bk so i called our daughtee in tears bc i was unable to simply exist without the pain taking my breath away. She immediately started on her way to me.
