"This was a fine example of a perfectly ordinary travelers hotel. The (included in room rate) breakfast was bounteous and fresh and the shower offered good pressure. My reason for downgrading to 4 stars is 2-fold 1) a battery-operated clock in the room had a tick that echoed around the room once the lights were turned off. In this day and age there is no worldly reason for an analog ticking clock on the wall. 2) Also clock related, the alarm clock in the room went off at 5am. Having had a rather early start the day before to catch our flight, we did not appreciate the early wake-up two days in a row. At checkout I encouraged the staff to relay a message to housekeeping to please cancel any alarms that might have been set as part of their duties. Or even better, just take away the damn clocks!"
